Terms and Conditions

For projects costed at £500 or below, the full fee is required before work commences. If the project is costed above £500, half the fee is required before work commences. If the project is costed above £3000, staged payments may be agreed.

Final control of the website will be transferred to the Client when all fees have been paid.

Restoring a damaged website following an outage will be done with ‘best endevours’, recognising that it may not be possible to recover from some problems such as virus attacks. The best version of the website that can be reinstated will be restored instead.
